Should I be pre-qualified before I start shopping for a home? Yes! In order to make an offer, you will need a Pre-Qualification letter to submit with your purchase offer. In most cases, we can prepare that for you within minutes after a brief conversation/interview, processing of credit, and receipt of a few basic documents.

What is your home worth . . . really? Automated on-line home valuations are interesting, but they typically serve to satisfy curiosity and trends at best. They cannot take into account many aspects of your home value, including your specific neighborhood, upgrades, condition, and other important features unique to your home.
